Job Responsibilities:

1. posting new RFQ's internally and getting quotes from purchasing department in a timely manner.
2. submit all requested information (quotes/CBD/PSA etc.) to IG customers or Jaggaer in a timely manner.
2. Submit all requested information (quotes/CBD/PSA etc.) to IG customers or Jaggaer in a timely manner.
3. track RFQ/project progress.
4. support TR meetings between IG customers and suppliers.
5. track nominated project progress and ensure project milestones are completed in a timely manner,
Coordinate internal PPAP/Customer property work.
6. invoicing of samples/tooling (if applicable).
7. support/coordinate with other departments on continuous production issues.
8. make price adjustments in Epicor system as per contractual requirements
9. report consolidation for all RFQs/shipments
10. support for AOP/6+6/9+3
11. other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Tenure Requirements:

1. basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
2. good oral and written communication skills
3. good verbal and written English language skills
4. ability to work independently
5. good team player
